# FAQ

What is UGC?

UGC stands for User Generated Content. It is a form of paid social media where brands hire content creators (that's us!) to record real impressions of their products and services.

**This has been shown to generate greater trust and higher conversion rates than traditional advertising.**

UGC creators are *not influencers*—you're not buying an audience. As a brand, you retain editorial control and usage rights to post content on your own campaigns.

What are your rates?

Our content is priced according to the needs of each campaign. Reach out for a customized quote!

Your quote will cover:

- Number of videos\* and length
- Number of photos\* and style
- Usage type and duration (e.g. organic posts vs. paid ads)
- Add-ons like additional hooks/CTAs or raw footage delivery

\* Larger orders qualify for bundle discounts!

How does the process work?

1. **Brief:** Tell us about your product, audience, and goals, and we'll send a customized quote.
2. **Contract:** Once the quote is approved, we'll form a contract, which secures your spot.
3. **Script & Product:** You're welcome to send a script or talking points, or we'll write one for your approval. If your product ships, we'll send you an address.
4. **Filming:** We create your content to your brief and brand guidelines.
5. **Delivery:** Single videos are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. For larger projects, we'll agree on a delivery schedule in your quote.

Do you have an AI policy?

We believe our own voice and creative vision are foundational to effective UGC. **Our value is trust, which can only come from real people sharing real experiences.**

In our production process, we distinguish between two categories of AI:

- **Assistive AI:** We may use assistive AI tools to speed up or refine the creative process. This includes features like auto-captions or clip detection.
- **Generative AI:** We do not use generative AI tools to create content on our behalf. We will never use AI trained on our voices or likenesses, and we do not consent to such use.
